Can I choose a delivery period for my product?

When you order loose wood or wooden panels, it is unfortunately not possible to select a time window in advance.

On the day your order is forwarded to our carrier, you will receive a tracking code or a time indication in the evening after 19:00 when your package will be delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Our carrier will contact you to arrange a time. We have no influence on the day or time slot.
