Choose the desired delivery time during checkout. You can select regular delivery, in which case we will deliver your order around working days. Or for express delivery, we will give your order priority during production and can deliver from 3-6 working days.

How does a fast or express delivery work?

It may happen that fast or express delivery is not available.&nbsp;If fast or express delivery is not available, then:

	One of the items is delaying the delivery
	</li>
	<li>
	Our production is full, which means that we cannot deliver any faster at the moment.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order faster. In this case, you can only choose standard delivery.

I cannot opt for fast or express delivery, what can I do?

When you order loose wood or wooden panels, it is unfortunately not possible to select a time window in advance.

DPD

On the day your order is forwarded to our carrier, you will receive a tracking code or a time indication in the evening after 19:00 when your package will be delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

DACHSER

Our carrier will contact you to arrange a time. We have no influence on the day or time slot.

Can I choose a delivery period for my product?

It may happen that your desired delivery day is not available.&nbsp;If fast or express delivery is not available, then:

My desired delivery day is not listed, what now?

We deliver cut-to-size wood and wooden sheets to your home from as little as 3-6 business days. Select express or fast delivery in the product configurator or shopping cart. The first possible delivery date will then come up immediately. During checkout, you then choose the desired delivery day.&nbsp;

What is the first possible delivery date?

After you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation indicates when you can expect the package. This can be within a range of days or a specific delivery date. This depends on the area in which you live. Did you not receive this e-mail? Be sure to also check your junk mail folder. 
 
On the day your order is transferred to our carrier, you will receive a track &amp; trace code by e-mail in the evening or a time indication of when your parcel will be delivered. After your parcel has been processed by our carrier, your track &amp; trace code has become active and you can follow your parcel.

What is the status of my order?

This depends on the status of your order and whether we have the material you have chosen in stock. Would you like to change the delivery date of your order? Then please contact us via our <a class="link" href="/contacts">contact form</a>. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can change the delivery date. Do not forget to include the order number!
