How does your return process work?

If you want to return or exchange your order, we have no problem with that. This is possible up to 14 days after receipt, without stating reasons. Everything that is cut to size can unfortunately not be returned.

If you want to return your order, we request that you take the following steps:

1. Notify us of your return within 14 days via our contact form.

2. Pack the parcel well and securely, preferably use the original packaging.

3. Make sure the box contains the following information:
   TOSIZE.ie
   Stating ‘Returns’
   De Schutterij 26
   3905 PL Veenendaal
   The Netherlands
   Order no.: xxxxx

4. Send your package back.

 

Right of withdrawal

The revocation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products. After the notification that you withdraw from the purchase, you still have 14 days to return the product. 

 

Returning the order by post

Make sure you provide sufficient postage for the parcel.
