A TOSIZE Furniture compartment cabinet with the look of a cinewall. By having the compartments above and below the TV set to a depth of 0 cm, you create the effect of a cinewall, without having to build an actual wall! Instead of the TV, there is now a painting, but the effect is certainly already there. By also using compartments with doors, you maintain the cinewall effect but also create storage space.

How I made this project

I first created the design in the handy 3D configurator. Then, during the ordering process, I indicated in the comments that I wanted the depth for the TV compartment to be 15 cm and the depth of the compartments above and below it to be 0 cm. When assembling it, I was briefly confused because I assumed that the holes for the back wall should be at the back, but I had thought of them myself at the front! So I had to be careful. I started by levelling the lower beams. This is very important because the cupboard is large: 300 cm wide. Then I could start building. For the large parts (at the very top), it was nice to be with 3 people to make sure everything could be put together properly. I am extremely happy with the result! And the cabinet contrasts beautifully with the wall treated with lime paint (colour Oriental Ecru by LAB Paint).
