Ordering MDF online to custom measurements makes building a desk much easier, especially when, due to lack of space, a part of the desk needs to have a beveled corner. Paul redesigned his workspace with custom-made desks or hobby tables. He beautifully and professionally finished these homemade workspaces with vinyl and plastic corner profiles.

How I made this project

I first sketched out all the panels and ordered them to size, which was done extremely accurately. I finished the tabletops first and then made the frames underneath. The tops were covered with vinyl and adorned with a decorative trim. The edges were finished with plastic corner profiles. Cable ducts were also made at the back, also from the cut material. Decorative strips on the edges of the tabletop were painted once and then waxed, preventing dirt buildup. I'm very satisfied with the results achieved and can recommend this method of working, ordering wood online to custom measurements, to others.
