The evening before delivery, after 19:00, you will receive an e-mail from our carrier DPD with a track & trace link to track your order. If your order is divided over multiple parcels, you will receive a track & trace link for each parcel.


Is your order being sent by pallet? Then our carrier DACHSER will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Depending on the depot, this will be done by e-mail or telephone.

We deliver cut-to-size wood and wooden sheets to your home from as little as business days. During the ordering process, you can choose the desired delivery date. Read more about our delivery times here and order easily!

After you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation indicates when you can expect the package. This can be within a range of days or a specific delivery date. This depends on the area in which you live. Did you not receive this e-mail? Be sure to also check your junk mail folder.

On the day your order is transferred to our carrier, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail in the evening or a time indication of when your parcel will be delivered. After your parcel has been processed by our carrier, your track & trace code has become active and you can follow your parcel.
