The old, but in good condition, front door has been restored. The style adapted to the classic facade of the house. This by applying three panels of tricoya, complete with bossing.

Classic style front door

The panels are custom ordered at TOSIZE.co.uk. Milled the embossing with the cutter. Removed a rail from the old door and glued glazing beads. All old layers of paint removed Two new styles of meranti introduced. For this purpose, dominoes were milled into the existing door and the posts slid over it. Made a rebate with new profiled glazing beads. Installed panels and sanded the embossing nice and flat. Profiled glazing beads glued on the inside. Sealed seams. The whole painted with Sikkens primer.
