If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be offered again at a different time or delivered to a pick-up point nearby. Our advice is to keep a close eye on the track & trace code of your order, so you know when to expect your order!

If you have not yet received an e-mail from our carrier, we recommend that you do the following.

  1. Check your spam folder. It is possible that the e-mail from the carrier ended up in your spam folder.

  2. Is this not the case? Then your order probably hasn't left our sawmill yet. Find your order confirmation and check the delivery date.

When the delivery date of your order has expired and you have not yet received an e-mail from the carrier, please contact us via our contact form. Don't forget to mention your order number!
