Description
Ordered some panels of a number of Oak carpentry panels B/C quality for extra storage space and a window sill in the renovated kitchen. Two wall shelves for crockery in the kitchen instead of a closed cupboard. This now looks much more spacious. Supported by two industrial shelf supports that can take some weight. An Oak plank for the windowsill by the kitchen window.
Work description: how did you realize your project
The shelves are stained with clear varnish and then mounted on the industrial shelf supports. Initially the idea was to place 3 on top of each other, but that would negate the spatial effect it should give. By using self-drilling screws, there was no need for pre-drilling and it could be directly attached to the shelf supports. The windowsill was also stained and then glued to the frame. Filling plates have been used to fix the windowsill nicely straight and level.
Final size: What are the outer dimensions?
Wall shelves: 87.0 cm long and 30.0 cm wide Window sill: 133.0 cm long and 10.0 cm wide The panels are made of Oak Timber panel B/C 19 mm
