The rectangular table, always works

A classic, everyone knows the shape: the rectangular table top. A versatile shape that comes into its own in any interior. Whether it's a dining table, desk or coffee table, this shape fits everywhere. Make it tougher by adding a metal base, or go for minimalist wooden legs.

A square, bigger than you think!

The square table often gives the illusion that few people can sit at it, but that doesn't have to be the case at all. Place legs in the middle of the table so you can slide 2 chairs on each side; as much space as a rectangle. By placing chairs on all sides, everyone can easily connect with each other, cosy for a drinks evening or dinner.

The round table top, perfect for smaller spaces

The round table top is also more popular than ever. For example, it is the ideal shape when space is limited but you still want to seat a lot of people at the table. The round shape gives a modern yet cosy look. Make dining even cosier with a round table!

How about an oval?

In our table configurator, you can choose the oval option, a shape that really should not be missed, because how stylish it is! Its unique shape, which is not common in interior design in general, really makes it an eye-catcher. You can also speak and look at each other more easily than when you go for a rectangle. What makes the oval so practical is that there are no corners. This gives you more walking space around the furniture and the kids are less likely to hurt themselves on the nasty corners.

The paperclip, the child of the rectangle and the oval

With this unique shape, you are sure to make a statement in your home. Just a little quirkier than the rectangle, with its playful rounded corners. Because the corners are round, it is easier to walk around the table and avoid the danger of an accidental sharp corner.

Unique table shapes you may not have known about

Making a statement with your table? Then go for an egg shape or a triangle. These quirky shapes are each special because of their peculiar appearance.

The Triangle

Last but not least: the triangle. This shape makes dining even cosier and creates a cosy spot. This shape takes up less space than many tabletops, making it a good choice when you have a smaller dining area. By choosing the right sizes, you can easily fit 6 chairs around the triangle, room enough for any guests. Or keep it small by going for a smaller version with 3 chairs, wonderfully cosy!
