You can report your complaint about our products or services via our contact form. We take this very seriously and will respond substantively no later than on working days within 2 Workdays. We promise to always find a suitable solution!

Should it happen that we cannot find a solution together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel conciliation committee, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). Furthermore, you can forward your complaint to the EU Conciliation Committee via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
