Of course, it is possible that you have ordered the wrong material or that you want to cancel your purchase. Once we have taken your order into production, your order can no longer be cancelled. Wondering if we already have your order in production? Check this via this form.

All answers at a glance
Cancellation is only possible when the order has not yet been taken into production. Submit the cancellation via our contact form. We will then assess as soon as possible whether your order has already been processed and whether changes are still possible. Do not forget to include the order number!
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the return notification.
We may wait with refunds until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. Should it be the case that the value of the products has been reduced (e.g. due to damage or missing parts), this value will not be refunded by us. For refunds, we use the account number known to us.
