Order status

After you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation indicates when you can expect the package. This can be within a range of days or a specific delivery date. This depends on the area in which you live. Did you not receive this e-mail? Check your junk mail folder.

On the day your order is transferred to our carrier, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail in the evening or a time indication of when your parcel will be delivered. After your parcel has been processed by our carrier, your track & trace code has become active and you can follow your parcel.
