Description of Alexander

The project is called a bee box... A one-room hive is created, which, however, brings with it a certain degree of flexibility. The possibility of sharing the base loot (two peoples), expanding it with conventional and purchased loot (topping up). A work space under the hive enables the easy use of medical and care products. Ventilation and temperature can be controlled using different slots. The hive also includes a large viewing window, which allows regular observation without disruption. The aim is to use this prey in school lessons in the future in order to teach children and young people about the structure of the population, life and behavior and to sensitize the "new" generation to the important topic of pollination by bees. Without insects and bees there is no life!

How I did this project

After much research, a drawing was created which includes all the advantages of different beekeeping systems. Single-room hive, division possible, viewing window, extension and extension of the honey room, work space, raised entrance hole, good ventilation options and control, good insulation properties of the wood..... The perfect cut enables quick and precise work. Screwing and gluing the weatherproof wooden panels. Cutting and milling work for window front. Doors so as not to permanently disturb the bees while they are working. Oiling with natural linseed oil. almost finished... Now all we have to do is spring to come so that the bees can move in.
