Project Lego houses: custom floating mahogany wall shelves

Description

I have hung a number of shelves in the stairwell from the first to the second floor to store a collection of Lego houses there.

It was a matter of having 4 boards cut to size by TOSIZE.co.uk. Before hanging the shelves, I provided them with three layers of furniture oil to give them a nice color. Pre-drilled all holes in the wall with a wooden template to avoid damaging the stucco. I ordered a number of slim sound carriers from Wovar and hung them on the wall. Wovar also had the correct black screws.
